Steps to successfully print from the Hosted 2008 servers are below.
please STOP and be sure you have performed these steps.

Note: Make sure you are a local administrator of your own PC to perform the next 3 steps.

1. Install all windows updates, visit http://update.microsoft.com.

2. Install RDP 6.1 Click here if you do not have Windows XP service Pack 3 or Vista.

3. Install .NET Framework 3.5. Click here to download it now.

Reboot your PC then log in and choose 2008 Terminal Server ActiveX (Make sure you install the ActiveX controls ADDING sslvpn.ppihx.com to your trusted sites helps).

If you still can't print AFTER performing these steps, call me 800-774-0905, and start GoToAssist by clicking here.
